Tello

You can change your plan as often as needed, and your new plan starts immediately – no need to wait for the billing cycle. They allow you to select your talk, texting, & data separately so you can drop the plan to less than CA$10 per month for months you are not going to the US. They have WIFI calling, so you can use your American phone number in Canada as long as you have a data connection. When you sign up using my link, you will get a US$10 credit!
