About Canoosa Finance
Canoosa Finance can be thought of as an old-fashioned, roadhouse with a modern, financial twist. Since the roadhouses were miles apart, they had to be self-sufficient. The biggest focus of Canoosa Finance is to help people become financially self-sufficient.
There are a couple of these roadhouses that have been restored and are historic sites in our area. They provided meals, rooms, and a waiting room for stage passengers, and a saloon where a traveler could even play a game of faro or poker. The roadhouses had barns for the horses, and some even had a stagecoach barn as well as an express office. Some roadhouses expanded into full ranches – complete with a blacksmith shop. Other roadhouses became towns – such as 70 Mile and 100 Mile House.
Canoosa Finance was founded in the Cariboo of British Columbia, Canada, along the Gold Rush Trail that led to the gold fields in the area, including Barkerville, and is a place where you can be yourself. I try to create the atmosphere of a tavern where people can get together and share ideas. They can celebrate their triumphs. Maybe you are a traveler who is hungry to be fed. You can find plenty of food for your mind here.
While traveling down the financial highway of life, Canoosa Finance is a figurative roadhouse where travelers can get ideas. Then, they can head back out onto the financial highway. This is not a site just about sharing financial principles. It is a place where you can find money saving tips, learn how to maximize rewards programs, become financially self-sufficient, and even tips on how to play slots to help pay for a vacation! Anyone can apply the ideas shared on Canoosa Finance and improve their finances. The principles shared on this site are not new – They have been around for many, many years! My hope is to share this information with you in a way that is enjoyable and easy to understand. Most importantly, I want to share with you how to protect yourself and live the life that you have dreamed of living.
